A Glimpse into Fossil Rim’s Past. Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, nestled in the heart of Glen Rose, Texas, boasts a rich history that dates back to its founding in 1984. Initially conceived as a private wildlife refuge, Fossil Rim has since evolved into a globally recognized center for conservation and education.
